Hotels

Housing for IACP 2025 will open January 2025.

onPeak: The official housing partner for IACP 2025

IACP has negotiated a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Denver affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis  We strongly encourage all participants to secure hotel rooms through the IACP. Utilizing hotels in the IACP block will provide the following benefits:

  • Negotiated rates and discounts
  • Shuttle service to and from the convention center from select hotels
  • Hotels that ensure the highest safety standards
  • Direct contact to onPeak, our official housing vendor, to assist with hotel needs and updates throughout the conference

Be sure to add your hotel rewards number when booking to receive points for your loyalty program.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

Note that onPeak is the only official housing company associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

Beware of Unofficial Contractors

Due to the fact that your company information is available through the IACP 2025 website, there are unauthorized companies who will capture and use this information. IACP does not sell exhibitor contact information to any third-party vendor. These companies will use this information and the IACP name to “remind you” that you haven’t ordered a specific service, offer to help you find housing, sell you an attendee list or promote advertising opportunities.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • IACP conference attendee lists are not made public or available to any third-party vendor. Exhibitors will receive the pre-conference list directly from IACP. This is the only valid attendee list available.
  • While exhibitors have the ability to use outside contractors for non-exclusive services, please beware of added costs (such as material handling) that you may incur by not using an authorized contractor.

Please research any vendors which are not listed above and avoid making any “quick” decisions if pressured.

If you receive a solicitation and are unsure whether or not it is legitimate, please contact the IACP Exhibits Team at ExhibitsEmail@theiacp.org.
