Certificate of Attendance

IACP 2024 Certificate of Attendance form will be available soon!

Instructions:

Add workshops to your certificate that you attended. The site will remain active for you to manage your certificate through September 2025.

To receive your workshop certificate:

1. To add or remove workshops:
   • Add a session – select the blue “+Add Workshop(s)” button at the top of the page.
   • Delete a session – select the red “X” to the right of any session.
   • Click on the Dashboard button when completed adding sessions.
2. Check the box to confirm you attended your session(s) on the dashboard.
3. Select “Email Workshop Certificate”. On the next screen confirm the correct email address.
